Azizaan American Cabaret Bellydancer does veil, and dances this long slow intro piece including undulations in third position on the ball of her foot, 3/4 shimmies on the down on the balls of her feet, layered hip slides and hip circles, layered chest and arm work, layered bellyrolls from top to bottom, hip drops, a demure choo-choo, and layered hip accents sliding into downs.
Hoda Shams el din Golden Age Egyptian Bellydancer; watch her arms, her twisting hip work (Especially shimmies), the chorus girls for their 3-point turns, Hoda's hip circles, her twisting unaccented downs, and her light bellyrolls top to bottom.
Homework: Bring in one song of your choosing for improvisation work. Work on automatic shimmy, try various types of hip slide layering (3/4 shimmies with "kick up" hip, 3/4 shimmies with bounce, layered hip slide with "kick up" hip, layered hip slide with bounce, layered hip slide, layered hip slide with alternate chest slide, hip shimmy with chest slide).
